Transportation & Safety

New Orleans has over 70 distinct neighborhoods. You’re living in one of the best.

Loyola is on the iconic St. Charles streetcar line and across the street from Audubon Park and Audubon Zoo. It’s a beautiful walk — or streetcar ride — through the oak trees to some of the best food and music in the city. And it’s just a 20-minute drive to the Central Business District and historic French Quarter.
